NILAI, March 21-22 – International Fatwa and Halal Centre (iFFAH) has conducted advanced Halal training, Halal Food Forensics Training (HaFFoT) 2019 at IHRAM’s Molecular Biology Laboratory. The program was conducted for two days where the participants were exposed with knowledge of halal forensics, the role and importance of Halal analysis, the basic concept of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), as well as providing participants with hands-on Halal analysis starting from genomic DNA extraction to porcine DNA detection.
