Synopsis
Food Handling Course plays a crucial role in fortifying knowledge and understanding, offering exposure to standard methods employed in food handling. The program addresses the significance of food safety, hygiene, and the critical factors of food poisoning. The course’s objectives are to teach participants with the proper food hygiene and food safety in food handling. Besides, this course aim to provide hands-on experience in identify the critical factors of food poisoning from various food products. This is a basic course for those getting started in the food industry, or people who just need to meet the minimum requirements for food safety training such as Homebased food seller.
At the end of the course, participants are expected to be able to identify food safety hazards in the workplace and know what to do if a food safety incident occurs.
