KIPSYA is been offered in collaboration with the Department of Syariah Judiciary Malaysia (JKSM) to Syarie judges, research officers and those involved in the field of Syariah judgment.
Objectives
1.To develop Muslim individuals who are knowledgeable and understand the basics of legal determination in Syariah judgment.
2.To nurture individuals who can apply the Fiqh and Usul Fiqh methods and principles in the Syarie judgment.
